Vegan Garlic Hatch Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Garlic Hatch Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enjoy with Alpha Burritos
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except the Alpha Burritos together in a bowl by hand or use a food processor or blender to make completely creamy and smooth.
- Cook Alpha Burritos according to package instructions.
- Move the dip to a bowl so you can dip your favorite Alpha Burrito in. Optional to top with radishes and cilantro. Enjoy!
