Vegan Crispy Chik'n Sesame Quinoa Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Alpha Crispy Chik’n Patties, cooked and cut in half or into smaller pieces
- 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 2.5 cups quinoa, cooked
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- ½ cup green onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 2.5 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cook patties according to package instructions.
- Add all ingredients besides patties to a large bowl. Toss until combined. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top or toss with Alpha Chik’n Patties until combined.
