Vegan Chik'n Parm Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Burgers
- 1 Hamburger Bun
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce (depends on how saucy you like it)
- Italian parsley, chopped
Plant-Based Cheese Sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegan butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 oz vegan mozzarella (shredded)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook patties according to package instructions then slice into smaller pieces.
- Lay out a tortilla on a cutting board. Spread avocado and salsa over the tortilla then add ¼ of the rest of the ingredients.
- Fold sides and roll tightly. Repeat steps for additional wraps. Cut in half when ready to serve.
- Serve with salsa and chips of choice.
