Plant-Based 5 Minute Salsa

Prep: 5 minutes | Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes, strained from the liquid in the can
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Large handful of cilantro
- 2 Jalapeno peppers, deseeded
- 2 Teaspoons of garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
- Pulse all ingredients on low in a food processor or blender until desired consistency and flavor is reached. I like a chunkier salsa so I blend for less than a minute. Taste test after first blend and add more salt or spice if desired.
- Serve on top of your favourite Alpha Burrito!
